Holiday Inn Express Wisconsin Dells, An Ihg Hotel, Wisconsin Dells

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. While the rooms were nice enough and typical of the Holiday Inn Express chain, they were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The service was top-notch; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was a bit tricky to find due to construction but turned out to be perfect for our needs, away from the hustle and bustle yet close to outlet malls and good restaurants. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some days offering excellent choices while others lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel rooms were updated and clean with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave; however, they could be a little quieter. The staff provided top-notch service, taking control of situations with a friendly and attentive approach. The location, despite being under construction, was perfect for a quiet stay near restaurants and attractions. The dining experience, while offering many choices, fell short of expectations in terms of food availability for the buffet.
